So, I figured I might as well start a thread about some of the upcoming games and what everyone might be interested in. Below is a list of games I'm excited about...

Assassin's Creed: Unity
Love, love, love the idea of 4 player co-op.
Borderlands The Pre-Sequel
Not sure if it's been confirmed for the One yet but if not but I'd consider this for the 360.
Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege
Love the Rainbow Six series and while I didn't see much about this
NHL 15
Looking forward to the next-gen hockey game!
EA PGA Tour Golf
Hadn't really heard about this until Techjedi mentioned something, looks A++
Sniper Elite 3
Really enjoyed Sniper Elite V2, would get this in a heartbeat

I'm sure there are others but those are the ones that come to mind immediately.

Agreed on the AC:Unity -- and this coming from someone who has never played a single game in the Ac series (and is a sad panda because he stupidly skipped grabbed AC2 from GwG back in the Fall).

What did you think of Tom Clancy's The Division? I liked the preview I saw for that, but I didn't watch any of the Rainbow Six Siege stuff, I never played any of the previous games.

While I thought it was interesting to hear all about the Halo: MC Collection, I was disheartened that there was no information about the Gears of War title that's supposedly in development by Black Tusk Studios (owned by MS).

What I'll be interested to read about down the line, will be the comparison reviews of EA PGA Tour 15 and The Golf Club (part of the ID@XBOX line-up). I have loved the Tiger Woods games and the PGA Tour 15 trailer was awesome, but I also like the idea of being able to generate a random custom course, or build my own entirely from scratch.

I think the most intriguing new thing I saw came from Evolve and Fable Legends with the 4v1 play modes, especially Fable.

I also found the Harmonix/Disney Fantasia: Music Evolved interesting. Being an amateur musician of sorts, and one of kids being really into music stuff, I feel like it's something I might enjoy.

...

I've got to admit, I really missed out on a ton of stuff from the E3 Conference. I was trying to keep up with it but was a busy week.

Assassin's Creed was really good, then I believe a lot of people thought the series went south. Personally the only one I haven't really been into was AC III and I've barely played AC IV to form an opinion on it just yet.

I believe I saw a snippet of The Division and from what I saw, I liked it. I haven't really played a lot of Tom Clancy stuff but from what I have played, I've liked.

I liked the idea of the Halo thing but I pretty much already own all of the Halos. The only thing that might convince me would be the extra Gamerscore.

Now, can you explain to me what this ID@xbox thing is? I've heard it mentioned a couple of times but haven't really researched it yet.

Evolve I'm definitely curious about but that's basically because it's from Valve and I really enjoyed the Left 4 Dead series. The fact that you can be the monster is the icing on the cake. Didn't see anything of Fable though.

In regards to golf, I'm all in on EA PGA Tour Golf, I think it'll be fun!

ID@XBOX is basically the revamped version of the Indie Games thing that they did for Xbox 360. It's the "Independent Developer" Program -- so essentially, any developer can go to Microsoft, register themselves and the game they would like to create, and Microsoft reviews the information/application to verify that the developer isn't just some college kid trying out his completely untested programming skills.  If they pass muster, then Microsoft provides free Xbox One developer kits (that means a free console with special development mode/tools) and when the game it ready it gets published to the Xbox Live Marketplace as a digital game for purchase. It's a means for them to support smaller game developers, making it easier to publish, and maintain quality control.

As for Fable Legends, watch this video -- it covers the multiplayer stuff:

Ok, so that makes a little more sense then. Now, I'm assuming that any of the potential ID@XBOX games would be for sale and not free, right? Do they get any money (the developers / programmers) for what they created?

As for Fable Legends, looks interesting. Would be something I bought after awhile.

The ID@XBOX developers have all the same privileges and whatnot as bigger development studios... they can set the price of their game, make it a free-to-play with DLC purchases or in-game purchases (like Happy Wars), whatever they choose to do. And yes, they get paid for their game, however they choose to market it. I've not seen anything about MS taking a cut of the price or anything.

Ok, that makes a bit more sense.. Nate and I played Warface the other night and it's FTP and I enjoyed it. I'm thinking when you get back from your trip we should try that one Saturday night. Or we can try it prior, just not sure what your gaming schedule is like prior to leaving.

I think I need to make the call on a few of the GwG downloads... whether to keep them on my box, play them, complete them, and delete them... or just delete them for now and re-download later. I'm starting to get close to the space limit on my hard drive. Probably only room for 2-3 more large games, and the only thing I can delete right now would be the install of LEGO Rock Band (which I only installed for some performance/speed gains with the loading times) or the few games that I've 100% completed -- The Maw, Keflings, Worms (Not going to delete Doritos Dash of Destruction, in case you want to come over some time and try to see if you can get the achievements)

And uh, that wasn't totally off topic -- just forgot to add: Downloading Warface would take up more space of which I'm starting to running low.
